What you buy
A digital technical drawing (PDF/DXF files) for ordering custom fronts. We issue your files within 48 hours of your order (usually immediately). Prices include applicable VAT, calculated and collected by Paddle for your country.
Files & delivery
After payment you receive a download link for your files (PDF, with DXF supplied in a ZIP package). The link is tied to your order; if you lose the files, email hello@fronteli.com and we will re-send them. To open them you need a PDF reader, a DXF viewer or CAD program, and software to unzip the package. We issue your files within 48 hours of your order; if we exceed this, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
No right of withdrawal (digital content)
The files are digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Under art. 38 pkt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m)), by completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. You confirm this with a checkbox at checkout. (The files are also made to your specification — art. 38 pkt 3.)
Accuracy
The drawings are generated from the dimensions and options you enter and are a design and ordering aid that may need adapting to your specific kitchen and maker. You must verify all dimensions with your maker before cutting or drilling. fronteli is not affiliated with IKEA; IKEA, METOD and PAX are trademarks of Inter IKEA Systems B.V.
Licence
Files are for your own project, including sharing them with the carpenter or cut-to-size shop making your fronts. You may not resell, publish, or otherwise redistribute them; copyright stays with fronteli.
Liability & complaints
We are liable as required by law, including the statutory rules on conformity of digital content with the contract; we exclude liability for misuse, for failure to verify dimensions (see "Accuracy"), and for a maker's execution of the drawings. Send complaints to hello@fronteli.com; we reply within 14 days and, where a complaint is justified, provide corrected or replacement files or a refund. Out-of-court dispute resolution may also be available to consumers (e.g. via the competent national consumer-protection body or, for cross-border purchases, the European Consumer Centres Network, ECC-Net).
