Seller
Krystian Lieber, ul. Curie-Skłodowskiej 12/3, 10-110 Olsztyn, NIP 1181910521 (Polish tax identification number). Contact: hello@fronteli.com. fronteli (Krystian Lieber) is the seller — Stripe processes the payment as our payment provider, but Stripe is not the seller.
What you buy
A digital technical drawing (PDF/DXF files) for ordering custom fronts. We send your files within 48 hours of your order. We sell within the EU only. Prices shown are gross, inclusive of 23% VAT. Stripe automatically emails you a payment receipt once you pay; a VAT faktura (invoice) is issued on request — email hello@fronteli.com.
Files & delivery
We email you a download link for your files — a ZIP package containing the drawings PDF and one DXF per front. The link is tied to your order and stays valid for 30 days; if you lose the files or the link expires, email hello@fronteli.com and we will re-send them at no charge. To open them you need a PDF reader, a DXF viewer or CAD program, and software to unzip the package. We send your files within 48 hours of your order; if we exceed this, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
No right of withdrawal (digital content)
Two grounds exclude the 14-day right of withdrawal here — the drawings are both digital and made to your order:
- Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium — art. 38 pkt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Consumer Rights Directive art. 16(m)). By completing your purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. You confirm this with a checkbox when you place your order.
- Made to your specification — art. 38 pkt 3. Every drawing is generated from the dimensions and options you enter, so it is not a pre-fabricated product.
Accuracy
The drawings are generated from the dimensions and options you enter and are a design and ordering aid that may need adapting to your specific kitchen and maker. You must verify all dimensions with your maker before cutting or drilling. fronteli is not affiliated with IKEA; IKEA, METOD and PAX are trademarks of Inter IKEA Systems B.V.
Licence
Files are for your own project, including sharing them with the carpenter or cut-to-size shop making your fronts. You may not resell, publish, or otherwise redistribute them; copyright stays with fronteli.
Liability & complaints
We are liable as required by law, including the statutory rules on conformity of digital content with the contract; we exclude liability for misuse, for failure to verify dimensions (see "Accuracy"), and for a maker's execution of the drawings. Send complaints to hello@fronteli.com; we reply within 14 days and, where a complaint is justified, provide corrected or replacement files or a refund. Out-of-court dispute resolution may also be available to consumers (e.g. via the competent national consumer-protection body or, for cross-border purchases, the European Consumer Centres Network, ECC-Net).
Governing law
Polish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
