Who we are
fronteli is operated by Krystian Lieber, ul. Curie-Skłodowskiej 12/3, 10-110 Olsztyn ("we"), the controller of your personal data under the GDPR. Contact: hello@fronteli.com.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist — your email address and chosen language, to notify you at launch. Legal basis: your consent (the checkbox you ticked). You can withdraw it any time by emailing hello@fronteli.com.
- Orders — the project you configured and your purchase record, to deliver the drawing files you bought and to keep the legally required transaction record. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligation (tax/accounting). Payment and billing details are handled by our payment provider (below) — we do not store your card data.
- Technical & error data — aggregate, cookieless usage analytics and anonymised error reports, to keep the site working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
International transfers
Most of your data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA. The exception is payment-related data: our payment provider, Stripe, may also process it in the United States. Where that transfer happens, it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy mechanism and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission — both provide an adequate level of data protection under the GDPR.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist: until launch or until you ask us to delete it.
- Orders: for as long as necessary to meet our tax and accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl). Email hello@fronteli.com.
